He will replace Alexander Kalinin, whose mandate expired on April 4, 2025, at the head of the Belarusian diplomatic mission in Chisinau.

“As for Moldova, will we have no problems with the replacement of the ambassador there?” – asked the Belarusian head of state to his advisers. Probably in connection with the situation with Russian Ambassador to Moldova Oleg Ozerov, from whom Maya Sandu has not accepted credentials for several months.

FEZ “Minsk” was created in March 1998 on the initiative of Minsk city and Minsk regional executive committees. It is located on 23 sites with a total area of more than 2.791 thousand hectares in Minsk, Minsk voblast, near the cities of Fanipol, Molodechno, Borisov, Zhodino and Smolevichi. As of the beginning of 2025, 105 resident enterprises carry out production activities in the FEZ.

Prior to his appointment as FEZ administrator in 2022, Anatoly Buben had been managing Belgospischeprom concern since December 2019.
