Of the 5134 people employed, 1919 are women (38%), 881 are aged 55 and older (17%), 54 are disabled, 28 are migrants who returned from abroad.
These people found jobs in different spheres of economy: 15% – in construction; 14% – in agriculture; 12% – in industry; 11% – in wholesale and retail trade, etc.
The National Employment Agency recommends that job seekers contact the territorial employment offices for assistance. These services are free of charge and available to both the unemployed and those wishing to change jobs.

In 2024, 16,699 people found work with the help of the National Employment Agency. That is, about 25% of all unemployed people in Moldova were employed through the territorial subdivisions of the agency.
