According to the service’s data, complaints were received from the United States, Kazakhstan, Germany, the United Kingdom, Russia, and other countries. The majority of reports concerned issues with the app’s functionality.

Over 33% of users reported issues with their personal accounts. Nearly 40% complained that the chatbot’s notifications weren’t working. And 17% reported a general system failure.

The malfunctions affected the login process and response generation—ranging from the neural network failing to generate any responses at all to endless loading times or critical delays. Chat histories were not saved: there were reports of saved conversations disappearing or past conversations being displayed incorrectly.
