At the end of last week, some horticultural farms in the south and center of Moldova started harvesting early varieties of sweet cherries. The first results are discouraging – the fruits are few, their quality (caliber, color, etc.) leaves much to be desired, – reports Logos Press.
At the XXIII “Vernissage of Wines”, dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the production of wines with protected geographical indication (IGP), a competition was announced for the best name for a Moldovan sparkling wine with an indication of origin that would represent terroir, reflect authenticity and become an international symbol.
