Moldova’s Constitutional Court ruled that the provisions of the law on the application of international sanctions, which triggered complaints from a number of defendants, do not violate their constitutional rights, Logos Press reported.
The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova has declared inadmissible an appeal concerning the appointment and mandate of judges of the Constitutional Court. This decision was issued on September 17 and was announced by CC President Domnica Manole at a briefing on Thursday, September 18.
An information system has been launched in Moldova, thanks to which the process of examining appeals filed within the public procurement procedure will be simplified, Logos Press reports.
