
The new infrastructure includes two specialized laboratories: one for sorting and packing horticultural products, equipped with a modern calibration and sorting line and an industrial cold room, and another for repair and maintenance of agricultural machinery.
The training complex is complemented by a three-hectare demonstration orchard with cherry, cherry, apricot and apple trees, as well as a weather station.
The dormitory, which houses about 100 students and teachers, has also been modernized.
The EUR 1.3 million investment was realized within the Livada Moldovei project, implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry and financed with the support of the European Investment Bank (EIB).
