
Among them, there was one initial issue of shares in the amount of 0.95 million lei, related to the creation of a joint-stock company. In the total amount of 130.14 million lei, 25 additional issues of shares were registered, as well as two issues of bonds of BC “Moldova-Agroindbank” SA in the amount of 296.1 million lei.
At the same time, the number of issues decreased almost twice – from 51 to 28.
The average value of one issue amounted to 15.25 million lei. Last year, the value was 6.3 million lei.
Out of the total volume of share issues in the first half of 2025 (131.09 million lei), foreign direct investments made as a contribution to the authorized capital of joint stock companies amounted to only 6%, or 7.86 million lei. However, it should be noted that this indicator increased significantly – 2.75 times compared to the same period last year, when it amounted to 2.85 million lei. The growth was due to two additional share issues during the reporting period by Î.M. “Farmaco” SA and SA “Dacia-LV”, with investors from Romania (7.28 million lei) and Germany (0.58 million lei).
The dynamics of the secondary capital market shows that in the first half of 2025, compared to the first half of 2024, the volume of transactions decreased by 22.43%, while the number of transactions doubled.
Thus, in January-June 2025, this market segment registered 1,234 transactions with a total volume of 812.38 million lei, compared to 474 transactions and a volume of 1,047.32 million lei in the same period of 2024.
Priority was given to the OTC sector, which accounted for 76.3% of the total volume and 95.1% of the total number of secondary market transactions.
The trading volume on the regulated market decreased by about 22% compared to the first half of 2024, while the trading volume on the MTF platform increased by about 22 times (from 0.4 million lei to 8.2 million lei).
More than 99% of this increase was due to a single transaction – the sale of 16.8% stake in Floare Carpet securities for 8.2 million lei.
The rating of the most liquid companies, whose shares were traded on the regulated market, is headed by MAIB – 18 deals for 39 million lei. Next are FinComBank – 14 deals worth 4 million lei and Victoriabank – 22 deals worth 2 million lei.
