This is a 13.2% increase over the same period in 2024.
The State Tax Service’s report indicates that tax revenues to the state budget for this period exceeded 16.2 billion lei, up 1.8 billion lei (+12.6%) from the previous year.
The budgets of administrative-territorial units received about 4.5 billion lei of taxes in January-June 2025, up by 570 million lei (14.7%).
The social insurance budget collected 14 billion lei in taxes – plus 1.6 billion lei (13.1%).
Collections to the Funds of Compulsory Medical Insurance increased the most, up 600 million lei to 4.7 billion lei (+14.8%).
