On May 28, the Government approved by its resolution the financing of activities for the development of this region. Among the main tasks is the modernization of educational institutions. In particular, about 6 million lei is allocated for the renovation of ten facilities – kindergartens, gymnasiums and lyceums. A total of 4.8 million lei is earmarked to support eight educational institutions teaching in the Romanian language in the Transnistrian region.

A total of 8.17 million lei will be allocated to repair and equip 13 administrative buildings, medical, social, cultural and sports institutions. Also, street lighting will be installed in the village of Rascaiei, Stefan-Voda district, and in the localities of Buciusca and Saharna Noua, Rezin district.

Also, a financial support of 270 thousand lei is envisaged to ensure the activity of the Moldovan delegation to the Single Control Commission. For 240 thousand lei, an electric generator will be bought for the heat supply of the 3rd separate infantry battalion of the Peacekeeping Forces, deployed in Cosnita com. Cosnita, Dubasari district. In Bender penitentiary institution No. 12, photovoltaic panels will be installed for 800,000 lei to ensure the ventilation system with heat recovery in one regime block and in the canteen.

The total cost of these 30 projects is estimated at 21.66 million lei. The funds are to be used for their intended purpose by the end of the fourth quarter of 2025. In total, 586 projects worth over 189 million lei were financed within the 2011-2024 period within the Program of measures for the country’s reintegration.

Also, the government approved the allocation of over 3 million lei to the Dubasari district council to partially compensate the expenses incurred by the owners and possessors of agricultural lands located behind the Ribnita-Tiraspol highway, as a result of the collection of illegal tolls when passing through unauthorized crossing points.
