According to the Ukrainian publication Informator, the TK-Group group of companies conducted financial and economic transactions with “dubious” counterparties in 2022, one of which is the Rybnitskaya factory of nonwoven materials LLC located in the Transnistrian region. It has accounts in Russia and transfers part of its profits there. In other words, in the opinion of the newspaper, it finances the Russian economy and the army of the Russian Federation.
Earlier, the Ukrainian media reported that “TK-Group” monopolized the supply of clothing for the AFU, and its owner Alexander Sokolovsky may be a co-owner of this factory in Transnistria in the amount of 30%. Also, a Russian citizen owns the same share of the authorized capital.
As evidence of the accusation, the details of the contract are cited, in which the Ribnita enterprise indicates its account in Moldindconbank, and as a correspondent bank – Belarusian “Belinvestbank”, the intermediary bank of the correspondent bank – Russian “Sberbank”.
The journalists pointed out that “contacts between TK-Group and pro-Russian counterparties continued even later, up to and including 2024”.
