Awards for contributions to the development of soccer players

The Moldovan Football Federation (FMF) has allocated €50 thousand for the financial encouragement of coaches who have trained players of men's and women's national teams in different age categories.

Prizes were awarded to 63 coaches who contributed to the development of Moldovan men’s national team players (U-17, U-19, U-21 and national team). Victor Senic received the biggest reward – €5.185. His pupils were called up to the national teams more often than others last year.

Among the top 5 coaches who received the biggest rewards were Ilya Pintyak (€4.683), Ivan Korolyuk (€3.094), Viktor Hryapka (€2.592) and Oleh Paliy (€2.007). Among the female coaches, the most significant encouragement from FMF went to Tatiana Trofan – €1.1170.

FMF annually awards coaches who identify soccer talents and strengthen the national teams both among teenagers and youth, as well as adults.
