U.S. President Donald Trump claimed that Europe is allegedly turning into a Third World country because it is taking in “criminals” from those countries. He wrote about this on Saturday, July 4, on his social media platform Truth Social, according to korrespondent.net.

According to Trump, European nations are already beginning to realize the changes that are allegedly taking place.

“Europe is beginning to understand that by accepting criminals from Third World countries, it is itself turning into a Third World country. This is happening very quickly, in the blink of an eye. I was elected just in time!!!” Trump wrote.

Trump did not explain what prompted him to make such a statement on U.S. Independence Day.
