The new form is approved by the relevant Order of the State Tax Service, which has been published and entered into force. The same order also approves the form of an application for an entrepreneurial patent. By filling it out, the owner of the document can request fee exemptions in accordance with the legislation.
The new form of entrepreneurial patent has lost the status of an authorization document, as well as a document of strict accountability, so it does not have the previously required 10 degrees of protection. This change in legislation was made last year in order to optimize the procedure for issuing the document.
It contains information necessary to identify the holder. It specifies his personal data, type of activity, period and place of its implementation, the vehicle used and the STS office that issued the document.
In addition, the document contains a QR code, which, when scanned, displays information about the patent and its status – valid, suspended, expired or extended.
It should be reminded that all authorization documents, which, in accordance with the legislative changes made last year, were transformed into notifications, are valid until the expiration of their term.
