It will be held for the fourth time. This year the forum will be held under the motto “Transformation. Innovation. Competitiveness”. The main goal is to facilitate the exchange of best practices, promote the latest technological innovations and solutions used in the industry.
The focus will be on how Moldovan companies can transform crises into innovative opportunities and how they can contribute to regional competitiveness.
Global trends, opportunities and challenges in the electronics, engineering and services sectors of the industry will also be discussed. A special discussion will be devoted to business on the Internet, innovation and increasing the competitiveness of companies in international markets. It is planned to familiarize the forum participants with digital strategies and stories of entrepreneurs who managed to develop business in the electronics sector by introducing modern technologies and innovative thinking.
Under the aegis of Moldova Electronics Forum, on May 13-14, the “Embedded Systems Hackathon – a challenge for young people in the electronics industry” will be held. At this event, young people will have the opportunity to develop electronic prototypes using microcontrollers, sensors, wireless communications and hardware-software interfaces, with the help of experienced specialists. The best projects will be awarded.
There will also be a job fair (for the seventh time), which will be attended by employers in the field of engineering.
The event is organized by the Association of Companies of the Electronic Industry of Moldova (ACEM) and the Investment Agency, with the support of the project “Strong Enterprises and Communities for Moldova”, funded by the German Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and the Swiss Government through GIZ Moldova.
