The digital system is a comprehensive technology solution that provides real-time capture, processing, storage and transmission of medical images captured during interventional cardiac procedures such as coronary angiography, angioplasty and other minimally invasive interventions.
The system includes video capture modules connected to equipment in the procedure room, video processing and encoding equipment, an archiving server, a live streaming platform and access security mechanisms integrated with the existing information infrastructure.
The implementation of the system allows real-time monitoring of interventions and involvement of interdisciplinary teams in decision-making, which contributes to improving the quality of medical care and patient safety.
The implemented system is unique at the national level and represents an example of best practice in the digitalization of health services.
