This was reported by the Finance Ministry, noting that the subscription carried out through the eVMS.md platform from November 3 to 12 attracted investments worth 22 million 004,900 lei. During 10 days of the subscription, 521 transactions were carried out by 468 investors, which confirmed the interest of the population in this reliable instrument of savings and investments.
As for the structure of investments, most of the subscriptions were focused on bonds with a 3-year circulation term (7.15% interest rate), which attracted investments worth 15 million 946.8 thousand lei within 338 transactions by 307 investors. At the same time, the 4-year bonds (rate of 7.30%) attracted 183 deals by 161 investors, worth 6 million 058.1 thousand lei.
As previously reported, starting from April 2025, the Finance Ministry will organize monthly issues of state securities, offering the population the possibility of permanent investment on favorable conditions. Interest on SS is fixed and tax-free, and payments are made twice a year directly to investors’ bank accounts.
The next round of subscription will be held from December 1 to December 10.
