The project to launch the Russian-language channel Moldova 3 on the basis of the state-owned company Teleradio-Moldova (TRM) has made a lot of noise. Beyond the political component, an important question remained: with what money will it be launched?
The level of air pollution in Chisinau and in the industrialized city of Amsterdam, according to the aqi.in meter, is about the same.
