Moldovan universities will offer 8.7 thousand budgetary places in the new academic year. The Cabinet of Ministers approved a corresponding decision, approving the state order for higher education.

The World Kickboxing Federation (WKF) canceled the European Championships in Chisinau after delegations from Russia and Belarus consisting of more than one hundred athletes were banned from entering the territory of the Republic of Moldova.
