Several serious changes are contained in a large package of amendments to the tax legislation, which were published at the end of last week. As the Ministry of Finance emphasized, the rush to adopt them was due to the need to adjust the tax base to better adapt it to current economic realities. But this is not the tax policy for 2026. It will be approved by the new government and parliament.
The Ministry of Finance is considering the possibility of introducing taxes on all parcels from foreign marketplaces, including those worth up to 150 euros.
