According to the State Tax Service, a new electronic service for obtaining and renewing entrepreneurial patent will be launched from the beginning of next week. The system features a simplified digitized procedure available on any device.
No need to visit a tax office
The new resource will facilitate the process of interaction with tax authorities and provide quick access to services, emphasize the STS.
Payment of the patent fee, as well as contributions to CNAS/CNAM through a single payment document can also be made online.
Having filled in the application for the issuance or renewal of a patent and made payment via Mpay, the taxpayer signs the relevant application, and after its confirmation by the Tax Service Department can download the patent in electronic format.
A paper version is also possible
At the same time, those wishing to apply for the issuance or renewal of a patent can submit a paper version at the Tax Service Office in whose area of responsibility the applicant/owner resides or plans to operate.
Holders of patents issued or renewed up to and including April 30, 2026, will operate under them until the specified expiration date. They will then submit applications for the termination of old patents and, at the same time, applications for the issuance of new electronic patents.
