This became possible after updating the relevant Platform on the website of the State Tax Service. This was done in order to reduce bureaucracy in the relations of taxpayers with the state. The new digital services are approved by the Order of the State Tax Service No. 500 of October 16, 2025.
Two new services have also been added for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs: electronic sales monitoring (ESM) and residence certificate (RC). They are included in the general list of services to which entrepreneurs have access, according to Annex No. 4, and are designed to ensure more effective tax control.
With these functional updates, the STS continues the process of digitalization of public services in order to facilitate online interaction between taxpayers and the tax authority.
As of June 1, 2025, the www.servicii.fisc.md website was discontinued after 15 years of use. Access to all electronic tax services after its closure is now provided through the “Personal Taxpayer Cabinet” on the STS website www.sfs.md using an electronic or mobile signature. Users have access to the entire infrastructure of public services, without the need to save multiple logins and passwords. As well as several methods of secure identification.
