On this occasion, Forța Fermierilor’s press release notes that Alexandru Slusari “returns to the leadership of an organization he knows well, to which he has already demonstrated his loyalty”.
The decision of the admin council followed the general meeting of Forța Fermierilor held on March 6, 2026, which elected a new president of the association, Vadim Ciobanu.
“Together, they will form the leadership of Forța Fermierilor at a particularly important moment for the domestic agricultural sector. The voice of Moldovan farmers through the association must be stronger and more united than ever – in the face of agricultural policies that ignore local realities, regulations without financial support, and unprecedented climatic and economic challenges.”
Speaking to Logos Press, Alexandru Slusari said that the first public act of the renewed administration of Forța Fermierilor will be a reaction to “the concept of reimbursement of diesel excise taxes to agricultural producers”.
