Within the project “Local partnerships for energy efficiency in social services” funded by the European Union (EU), co-financed and implemented by Soros Foundation Moldova in partnership with I.P. Keystone Moldova and A.O. “Social Innovations Fund of Moldova”, Grant Contract G15261 from 01.04.2024, is the realization of an information and awareness campaign on the implementation of energy efficiency measures.
I.P. Keystone Moldova launches the open tender with the aim to select a PR company/agency. For this purpose, we are requesting offers from interested legal entities. The tender is open to legal entities, which will submit technical and financial offers in accordance with the Terms of Reference.
The services will be provided from November, 2025 to March, 2026.
