In Eastern Europe, the cheapest tariffs are offered by Moldova (USD 0.28), followed by Montenegro (USD 0.32), Poland (USD 0.37) and Romania (USD 0.54). The Czech Republic is the most expensive country in the region: 1 GB of data costs USD 3.12 on average, according to bestbroadbanddeals.

At the beginning of 2026, the tariffs are renewed. Old subscriptions are switched to new subscriptions (Lumo/One) with increased services and costs. Roaming in the EU is optionally included in most subscriptions.
While budget options still cost from 10 dollars (from 10 to 20 GB of Internet and about 300-500 minutes within the country), premium and unlimited packages cost from 300 lei per month.
