The July session of subscription to SS through the online platform eVMS.md was finalized. Within this round, the Ministry of Finance offered individuals two subscriptions with maturities: 2 years at a fixed annual interest rate of 6.7% and 3 years at 6.9%, which were not redeemed even half of them.
The offered volume of the two issues worth 50 million lei was redeemed for a total of 18,005,500 lei, 361 transactions were concluded, in which 298 individuals participated.
The July session ends the annual period of functioning of the online platform of direct sale of SS to the population. In the period from July 2024 to July 2025, seven SS issues for households were realized through the platform, the participants of which invested more than 630 million lei. Since spring, the issuances have been monthly. The next round of subscriptions is scheduled for August 18-27, 2025. In the third quarter, it is planned to offer citizens subscriptions with a longer maturity – 4 years.
