These results resulted from the participation of 22 Moldovan startups in the Investment Readiness Program (IRP), an intensive investment readiness program conducted in the second half of 2025 by Startup Moldova with the help of the Ukrainian-Moldovan-American Entrepreneurship Fund (UMAEF).

Afterwards, five startups, having received money from investors, moved to the accelerated scaling phase, and 18 fully structured their investment databases, preparing for real funding rounds.

Companies that have already raised funding include GreenO, which received $2 million from Nexia Group Holdings, as well as Brizy, BravinAI, gardy.me and Barimetriq, working in areas such as agritech, AI, website builders, medical technology and digital business solutions.

“15% of the total funds raised by Moldovan startups in 2025 came from graduates of this program. The capital is there, but most often lacks the necessary training to access it. It is this gap that the IRP program is designed to reduce,” said Olga Melniciuc, CEO of Startup Moldova.
