
The approved amendments expand the application of special allowances for categories of personnel performing high-risk tasks. These allowances will be granted to servicemen and commanders involved in the performance of special tasks within the National Army, as well as to civil servants with special status in the Public Order and Operational Intervention Service of the Border Police Sector “Chisinau International Airport”, who perform high-risk tasks.
Changes in remuneration will also affect some categories of employees of the State Property Agency. And the employees affected by the reorganization of the central administrative bodies, transferred or laid off, will be able to count on fairness in the calculation of the length of service or preservation of the difference in salary at the new place of work. Such cases have also become regulated. The decision was taken in the context of the reform of the remuneration system and is aimed at eliminating the existing inequality in remuneration of civil servants of different departments.
Separately, the Cabinet of Ministers took care of new civil servants, who have a probationary period. A provision has been introduced, according to which the period of probation in a government agency will be counted in the further civil service record if the trainee received a “good” or “excellent” grade.
