
The corresponding norms are contained in the draft government resolution, which will be considered on Wednesday, March 25. The increases were calculated taking into account the consumer price index for the previous year, which amounted to 6.8%.
The daily allowance is paid to children under state care and placed in various social services, including professional parental support services, family-type homes, guardianship and custody services, public homes for children at risk and placement centers for children separated from their parents.
It is worth noting that in 2025, 2,399 children were receiving the benefit; this year, the payments are expected to cover 2,625 children.
The Cabinet of Ministers also intends to index the norms of spending money to provide food, medicines and dressing materials, clothing, footwear, soft equipment, hygiene products, toys to persons placed in social institutions. Last year, up to 15 thousand people, including children at risk, received social services in inpatient and day care centers.
