Bright opening dedicated to tradition and Moldovan wine
We remind you that the first day of the XXIVth edition of the National Wine Day took place spectacularly in the center of Chisinau, combining tradition, culture and modern energy. Before the official opening, there was an impressive performance of the National Ballet “Joc“, which set the tone for the main celebration of Moldovan wine.
Visitors were able to get acquainted with the stands of 106 wineries, take part in tastings within the framework of the Wine School and enjoy interactive activities in the Peasant’s Courtyard, where folk crafts and dances reminded of the true beauty of Moldova.
In the evening, the square turned into a real center of fun and energy: performances by the Ștefan-Vodă ensemble, artists Costi Burlacu and Corina Tepes, the Tricotage Band and Cuibul groups delighted the audience, while the Zdobși Zdub band set the audience on fire with their rhythms. The festive day ended with a colorful performance by DJ Fox.
Wine unites and inspires
The celebration gathered thousands of guests from Moldova and abroad, proving once again that the National Wine Day is not just a wine exhibition, but a true celebration of traditions, culture and the Moldovan spirit.
