According to the agency, talks on the peace plan were led “all night” by Pakistani Army Commander Asim Munir, who spoke with U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance, Donald Trump’s special envoy Steve Whitkoff and Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi.
