The decision was made by the FMF after numerous requests from soccer fans and agreement with the organizers – the administration of the Sheriff club, where the match will be held. All those who purchased tickets for the match before the announced decision will be refunded after the Cup final.
In order to avoid difficulties with access to the stadium in Tiraspol, it is necessary to register free of charge on the online platform tickets.fmf.md, indicating your name and surname and the chosen seat in the supporters’ stand from among the free ones.
The final match of the Moldovan Cup “Milsami” – “Sheriff” will take place on May 24, kick-off – at 19:00.
The club from Orhei reached the final after beating “Spartanii-Sportul” (Selemet village, Cimislia district) with the total score 8:3 (5:0, 3:3). The Tiraspol team knocked out last year’s finalist, “Zimbru” (Chisinau), with a total score of 3:1 (2:1, 1:0).
The winner of the Cup-2023/24 “Petrocub” (Hincesti) was eliminated from the tournament this season at the 1/4 finals stage after the defeat of “Milsami” (2:1, 0:1, penalty shootout – 3:4).
