During the operative meeting of the services of the Chisinau City Hall, the mayor general emphasized: “I strongly condemn this practice and give a clear signal to all those who try to illegally seize public lands through tricks and attempts of fictitious registration of condominiums: you will not build anywhere in the city if you continue to act in this way”.
As a result, with the help of the General Directorate of Housing and Communal Services and the employees of the association “Spații verzi”, another 50 saplings were planted in the “Nicolae Dimo” square.
In the period from April to May 2025, cases of destructive treatment of green areas and public property increased in the capital. The authorities remind that such actions are criminalized and plan to increase the number of video surveillance cameras for a more thorough control.
