During the subscription period from February 9 to February 18, 2026, more than 600 citizens invested MDL 41,148,500 in state bonds.

Investments in two-year state bonds (annual interest rate of 7.05%) amounted to 32,808,400 lei, and in three-year state securities (annual interest rate of 7.15%) – 8,340,100 lei.

The next subscription period will take place between March 9 and March 18, 2026, when state bonds with maturities of 2 and 4 years will become available.

Citizens set a record in 2025.

The eVMS.md platform has really simplified access to government securities, making them available to ordinary citizens, not only to banks. In 2025, Moldovan citizens invested a total of 525,332,800 lei in government bonds through the eVMS.md platform.

The largest amount of funds was channeled into two-year bonds (with an annual interest rate of 7.10% in December), in which more than 44.5 million lei was invested in the last round of the year alone.

The final subscription (December 1-10, 2025) attracted 51.5 million lei from 566 investors. In the first round of 2026 (January), the volume of investments rose sharply and amounted to about LE 152 million in one session.

The subscription has been monthly since last year, offering citizens the opportunity to invest continuously under favorable financial conditions. The interest rate is fixed, the bonds are tax-free, unlike the gains on deposit accounts with banks, and the corresponding payments are made semi-annually directly to investors’ bank accounts.
