The decision was published in MO June 27 and entered into force. The motive for issuing the STS order was the order of the Director of the Information and Security Service No. 34 of 10.06.2025 on the application of international restrictive measures.
Earlier, Logos Press reported that the managers and employees of the enterprise addressed the country’s leadership with an open letter, demanding to protect the plant from a raider attack. The competent state authorities did not confirm the authorization of the new owners, who claim to own and manage the plant.
The order of the State Tax Service emphasizes that not only accounts and assets of “ODK” JSC, which owns a controlling stake of 97.72%, are blocked, but also a 2.28% stake owned by individuals. Among them are businessmen who claim to be the new owners of the enterprise.
The STS order will be sent to the SIB, the Interagency Supervisory Board, the NCFM and the sanctioned companies – UDC and Topaz.
