A fee of up to 30 lei for a natural person and up to 100 lei for a legal entity has been set for the operation of changing data in the personal account of the shareholder, for example, for changing the name, identity document or bank details. Currently, these fees amount to 5 and 25 lei, respectively.
For the operation of transfer (withdrawal) of shares from storage the fee of up to 50 lei has been established, with the provision of an extract from the information system free of charge. At the same time, the fee for the preparation and provision of information on the average price of circulating shares will amount up to 150 lei (currently – 100 lei). And for the preparation of information and reports at the client’s request, except for those automatically generated from the information system, the fee will be set at the rate of up to 100 lei for a natural person and up to 500 lei for a legal entity.
NCFM explained that the revision of tariffs is conditioned by the requests of registrars, which refer to the necessity of adjusting the tariffs to cover operational expenses, taking into account the current economic realities. It is worth mentioning that the last change of tariffs was in 2019.
