
It is developed in accordance with the government’s decision to approve the Regulation on the procedure for making entries in the Register of Immovable Property. It prescribes the structure and content of the register, the procedure for submitting an application and supporting documents required for the registration of rights to immovable property, making entries in it, and the specifics of the registration of certain rights.
The objects of registration are considered to be land, buildings and other major structures of a permanent nature, regardless of whether they are immovable property or constituent parts of land. As well as individual rooms/units of a condominium (apartments, individual rooms and parking spaces in a building), together with the respective share of ownership, basement parts (a piece of land with or without a building, intended for the use of open rock or underground space, intended for exploitation), perennial plantings.
At the same time, the law establishes that kiosks, stalls, other temporary structures, fences, walls, boundary posts, asphalt, cranes, structures and installations, the functions of which are directly related to the land plot or main structure and which cannot be registered as independent objects, are not considered as objects of registration in the Register of Immovable Property. This also includes technical and public infrastructure objects.
The provisions of the regulations will be mandatory for employees of cadastral authorities whose activities are connected with the acceptance, consideration and preparation of documents for registration, registration of immovable property and property rights thereto, as well as for applicants for registration services.
