Another 12 companies will receive grants totaling 10.6 million lei within the Program for Increasing Competitiveness of Local Producers and Integration into Value Added Chains, financed by the government and the World Bank.

In addition, the organization provided non-refundable financial assistance worth 8.9 million lei to 59 companies within the grant programs it manages. Of these, 20 companies received EU funds, while 39 grants were provided from the Moldovan state budget.

Within the “373” program, loans worth 179 million lei were granted to 62 Moldovan entrepreneurs in September. The funds are meant for the realization of investment projects worth 338 million lei. The state partially covered the interest on the loans granted within this program, paying compensations to the companies for a total of 8.7 million lei.

Through another instrument, the Credit Guarantee Fund, 38 entrepreneurs received guarantees worth 37.51 million lei. This facilitated their access to financing for business expansion, which amounted to 82.61 million lei.

Also in September, through the financial product “FACEM”, four companies were approved support worth 3.4 million lei. These funds are intended for the implementation of energy efficiency projects with a total budget of 4.3 million lei. In total, since the launch of this product, 30 entrepreneurs have been granted funds worth 57.6 million lei, the ODA said.

To cover electricity expenses, 385 applications submitted by companies from the manufacturing sector were approved for the period from January to September 2025. Of the total amount of 108.3 million lei accepted for payment, more than 97.89 million lei has already been disbursed. About 10.41 million lei will be transferred to the companies’ accounts in the near future.

This state support reduces the impact of energy costs on companies. Applications can be submitted online through the EVO application or MCabinet platform, in the special module “Compensations”.
