ODA is starting to hand out grants

The Organization for the Development of Entrepreneurship (ODA), with the support of the Moldovan government and development partners, announced the start of applications for grants related to non-refundable financial support programs and instruments managed by the organization in cooperation with the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization.

Applications will be accepted in two stages.

The first stage

Starting on April 8, 2026, and until the number of applications indicated on the web page dedicated to each competition is reached, the call for applications will be open for 300 applications in the following areas:

– 50 applications under the Women’s Entrepreneurship Support Program.

– 35 applications under the Small Producers Support Program.

– 70 applications under the Program to Support Digital Innovations and Technology Startups.

– 100 applications under the SME Development Grant Instrument – CREȘTEM IMM (including 35 applications under the goal of technological modernization and energy efficiency, 40 applications under the goal of digital transformation and 25 under the priority of environmental transition).

– 45 applications under the Program for Increasing Competitiveness of Local Producers and Integration into Value Chains.

Second phase

Starting April 20, 2026, applications will be opened for 120 slots under the following instruments:

– 120 applications for the instrument of non-repayable financial support for development

– CREȘTEM IMM (65 applications to support youth and 55 applications to support entrepreneurial initiatives of migrants).

Competitions for programs and instruments for which the required number of applications has not been reached remain open, without reducing the number of available places.
