In order to leave the country, the girl, who runs a personal blog, traveled to Oman by land. She managed to leave the region from Muscat airport.

Everything is closed!

According to the girl, changing the route and buying new tickets cost her about €7 thousand. “Everything was closed! The flight from Abu Dhabi was canceled, I had to cancel the ticket. Everything around was also closed – Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain. I decided to go to Oman and fly home from there,” the tourist told her social media followers.

From Chisinau to Abu Dhabi and back – 14 times

Air ticket aggregators offer to fly from Chisinau to Abu Dhabi in economy class with a connection in Istanbul (Turkey) or Larnaca (Cyprus) for €250. Business class tickets with a connection in Istanbul cost €2.4 thousand. The dates of March 23 and 27 were specified in the request.

For €7 thousand spent by Eugenia Gutsu, it is possible to fly 14 times round trip in economy class. In business class – only once on a round-trip route, and there will still be €2.2 thousand. However, these prices are given with the expectation that at the end of March the situation in the UAE will normalize.

After the US and Israel declared a full-scale war against Iran, the situation in the Middle East has heated up to the limit. A number of sites in Iran were hit by missile strikes, the Islamic Republic responded with attacks on Israel and a number of countries – the UAE, Qatar and Bahrain. Residential and tourist areas in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, in particular, were shelled.
