The machines are distributed among 10 postal centers: Balti, Edinet, Floresti, Riscani, Ungheni, Orhei, Causeni, Hincesti, Comrat and Cahul. They will be used to serve local postal routes.
According to the company’s administrator, Violeta Cojocaru, the renewal of the vehicle fleet is one of the company’s priorities and is aimed at modernizing postal services and ensuring fast and reliable delivery throughout the country.
At the same time, the company has announced a new purchase of vehicles. Bids will be accepted until March 26. The total estimated cost is 4.87 million lei, excluding VAT.
The tender includes two lots: 7 VAN-type vehicles with a loading volume of at least 14 m³ and 2 VAN-type vehicles with a loading volume of at least 17 m³.
It is worth mentioning that the network of post offices of the State Enterprise Poșta Moldovei includes 1130 points throughout the country.
