The contest budget for Moldovan participants is 6 million lei. At the same time, funding from the state budget per project cannot exceed 1 million lei. In addition, projects must be co-financed with at least 20% of the amount requested from the budget. Co-financing can be provided by any of the partners – private organizations or other entities from Moldova and Poland.
Projects aimed at industrial research and development will be financed. The share of basic research should not exceed 10% of the total project cost financed from the state budget.
Proposals will be evaluated based on scientific relevance, socio-economic impact, implementation plan and quality of the research team. Final results will be published in the fourth quarter of 2026.
