According to the authors of the rating, Moldova has an average level of insecurity, which is influenced by the frozen conflict in Transnistria and geopolitical vulnerability.
Naturally, Ukraine tops the list with a very high level of threats to travelers: war, shelling, martial law. Active hostilities in the east and south, air alerts throughout the territory.
In second place is Russia with the same level.
Closes the first three, strangely enough, calm Belarus. The authors of the rating have determined there just a high level of insecurity. It is followed by Serbia with a medium-high indicator. Its factors are tension with Kosovo, protests, localized clashes, aggravation of the situation in the north of Kosovo.
Naturally, the same level was given to Kosovo itself, but it was placed after Serbia. The sixth position goes to Bosnia and Herzegovina, from which tourists are scared away by political tension, mines in rural areas after the war of the 90s.
Next after Moldova is France (also average). Its rating is affected by protests, probability of terrorist attacks, pickpocketing, especially in Paris.
Italy closes the list: fraud, theft, local protests. Caution is needed in Rome and Naples, the authors of the rating advise.
