
According to the National Bureau of Statistics, the annual inflation index in November amounted to 106.99%. Average consumer prices increased by about 7.0% compared to a year earlier, including food products – by 6.3%, non-food products – by 2.7% and consumer services – by 14.2%.
The growth of average consumer prices in November compared to October was due to the increase in prices for the following goods and services: non-food products – by about 0.6%, and the volume of services provided to the population increased by 0.4%, which led to an increase in average consumer prices by more than 0.1%.
Average consumer food prices in November 2025 were unchanged overall. compared to the previous month, official data circulated said. At the same time, the NBS reports that “in November 2025 compared to October 2025, a more pronounced increase in average consumer prices for food products was noted for: chicken eggs – by 18.9%, salted and smoked fish and seafood – by 9.8%, milk and dairy products – by 0.7%.”
At the same time, there was a decrease in average consumer prices for fresh fruits by 4.2% and vegetables by 3.5%, which compensated for the monthly food inflation. In the segment of non-food products in November this year, the most noticeable was the increase in average consumer prices for fuel and motor fuel – by 2.1% (including: diesel fuel – by 6.1%, briquettes and pellets – by 2.1%, gasoline – by 1.9%, coal – by 1.3%), medicines – by 0.8%.
In the segment of “services provided to the population” in November compared to October this year, average consumer prices increased by: garbage collection services – by 2.4%, passenger transportation services – by 1.5% (including air transportation services – by 6.1%).
