
According to the NBZ, the total number of apartments and individual houses built amounted to 1,735 units. The total area of commissioned housing in January-September reached 155.3 thousand square meters, which is 43.3% more than last year.
During the period under review, 1,223 apartments were delivered or 12.6% more than in 2024. Their area amounted to almost 85 thousand square meters, which is 34.8% more than the area commissioned last year.
In addition, 512 individual residential buildings with a total area of 70.3 thousand square meters were commissioned in the municipality, an increase of 46.7% and 55% respectively.
The share of the area of built apartments in the total volume is 54.7%, while the share of residential houses is 45.3%.
In urban areas of the municipality, housing was built and put into operation by 25.7% more than last year, by area – an increase of 47.8%. At the same time, the number of residential units built in rural areas decreased by 0.8% compared to January-September 2024. Although their area exceeded last year’s figure by 29.3%.
Judging from the nine-month results, the volume of housing units built by the end of the year may slightly exceed the 2024 figures (2,662 units). But in order to reach the level of 2023, the pace of construction should be increased at least twice.
