According to the National Bureau of Statistics, a total of 1,338 apartments and individual dwellings were delivered during the period, which is 6.5 times more than in the same period in 2024.
It should be noted that 2024 was the most unsuccessful year in terms of new housing commissioning over the last five years – only 345.8 thousand square meters of space was commissioned, which is lower than even in the post-Kovidny 2022 – 386 thousand square meters.
By comparison, 602.5 thousand square meters were delivered in 2020, nearly 900 thousand square meters in 2021 and 607.2 thousand square meters in 2023.
To all appearances, there is a certain revival in construction. If we compare the indicators of only the first quarters of the last five years, this year there is a significant growth – compared not only with 2024, but also with 2023 (when 87 thousand square meters were commissioned) and with 2022 (105 thousand square meters were commissioned). However, the final conclusions can be made only after the results of the whole year 2025.
