The Board of Directors of the National Energy Regulatory Agency (ANRE) held a public meeting to review and approve decisions to set regulated electricity prices.

ANRE approved the regulated price for electricity supplied by Energocom as a central supplier in the amount of 2.01 lei/kWh, which represents a decrease of about 28% compared to the current price.

The price decrease was due to the reduction of electricity procurement costs as a result of the application of new prices for local producers, adjustment of energy volumes forecasted for 2026, as well as taking into account the tariff deviations recorded in the previous period.

During the meeting, ANRE also approved regulated prices for electricity supplied by universal service providers.

Premier Energy consumers will pay 3.56 lei per kWh, which is 3 bani less than the previous tariff. FEE Nord consumers will pay 3.95 lei per kWh, which is 5 bani less.
