The program aims to optimize export promotion efforts by facilitating access to non-refundable financial resources covering up to 60% of eligible costs of proposed projects. At the same time, the money will be allocated to business associations rather than directly to exporting companies.

The point of this project is to support companies in entering international markets by co-financing participation in exhibitions and fairs, organizing business missions, marketing research and advertising campaigns for domestic producers abroad.

“The BRIDGE Export program is designed to contribute to our most important goal of supporting entrepreneurs. It is a state assistance program for business associations with a budget of 60 million lei for 3 years to promote our companies on international markets,” said Minister of Economic Development and Digitalization Eugeniu Osmochescu.

Natalia Bejan, Director of the Investment Agency states: “Moldova’s success on foreign markets directly depends on the ability to consolidate the private sector. Business associations are one of the central pillars of this strategic concept. Associations will not only be beneficiaries of the program, but also crucial partners with whom we will jointly develop and implement specific export promotion strategies”.

Specialized associations that act as umbrella organizations for member and non-member companies wishing to enter new markets can apply for funding.

Over the last three years, under a similar grant program, the Investment Agency has provided over 8 million lei for 46 activities, supporting 20 initiatives of business associations aimed at export promotion and internationalization of business, which allowed reaching an export volume of over 1 billion lei.

In 2026, the budget allocated to the program is increased to 20 million lei, which underlines the strategic importance and the need to support exporting companies.
