Alexandru Munteanu presented the full composition of the future government and the “EU, PEACE, DEVELOPMENT” program

The candidate for the post of prime minister, Alexandru Munteanu, presented the team with which he intends to address the parliament for a vote of confidence and his activity program - "EU, PEACE, DEVELOPMENT".

The following cabinet members are proposed to be included in the Munteanu Government:

  2. Vladimir Bolea – Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Infrastructure and Regional Development
  3. Cristina Gerasimov – Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of European Integration
  4. Mihail Popşoi – Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs
  5. Valeriu Chiveri – Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Issues

Ministers:

  1. Dan Perciun – Minister of Education and Research
  2. Ludmila Catlabuga – Minister of Agriculture and Food Industry
  3. Daniela Misail-Nikitin – Minister of Internal Affairs
  4. Vladislav Cojuhar – Minister of Justice

  6. Natalia Plugaru – Minister of Labor and Social Protection

Alexei Buzu is proposed for the post of Secretary General of the Government.

Munteanu emphasized that the main priority of the new government will be to ensure economic growth and prepare the country for accession to the European Union in the coming years.

“This is a team of professionals ready to work for Moldova’s future. Our goal is to create a sustainable economy, improve citizens’ living standards and speed up the European integration process,” Munteanu said.

The presented program includes the following priorities:

In the coming days, Munteanu is expected to submit his program and the composition of his cabinet to Parliament for a vote of confidence.
