As reported by the New York Post (NYP), the property was built in 1979 and is over 370 square meters and features four bedrooms and six bathrooms. The villa is located in the upscale neighborhood of Point Dume, overlooking the famous Little Dume Beach. However, access to the beach is only possible with a special key, which only a select few residents of the elite village.
The neighborhood was formerly known as a haven for the Hollywood elite, but in recent years it has been actively developed by technology moguls. Among Harris and Emhoff’s new neighbors are Google co-founder Sergey Brin, venture capitalist Marc Andreessen and Emerson Collective president Lauryn Powell Jobs.
Note that in the US presidential election in November 2024, Harris, who represented the Democratic Party, lost to Republican Donald Trump.
At the end of 2025, it was reported that Kamala Harris may again compete for the post of head of state in the presidential elections in 2028.
