“Strategic interest” of a Ukrainian chain of stores

Brooklyn Drinks Market, a chain of convenience stores specializing in beverages, part of the Ukrainian Very Nice Retail group, has opened 25 stores in Bucharest, Ploiesti and Pitesti. Between 2025 and 2026, the company plans to expand to large and medium-sized cities in Romania and enter two neighboring countries.

“Our companies are successfully operating in Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Romania, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland, creating retail networks with a focus on the highest level of service. In addition, our holding is actively developing strategic interests in Bulgaria and Moldova,” the company said.

“In March 2025, we launched a new strategic project in Bulgaria. The first 5 stores have already been successfully opened in Sofia and key regions of the country,” the holding informed.

On the company’s website there is no representative office in Moldova yet, but our country is already indicated in the list of states where Very Nice Retail indicates its presence.

The group has been operating in Ukraine since 2003 through the network of discount stores Econom+ and Brooklyn Drinks Market.

Each Brooklyn Drinks Market store offers an assortment of more than 1,000 alcoholic beverages, as well as a balanced range of food and everyday products.
